Benjamin Jamieson

Ben is the principal and founder of Jamieson Criminal Law. Prior to opening his own firm, Ben was employed at two of Sydney’s leading criminal defence practices where he gained vast experience in all aspects of criminal law.

Ben appears in serious criminal matters and is a specialist in conducting trials in the District and Supreme Courts. In addition to trial work, Ben regularly appears in applications for release to bail in both the Local and Supreme Courts and instructs counsel in matters before the Court of Criminal Appeal and High Court of Australia.

Ben can handle your matter from charge to finalisation and is adept at negotiating plea agreements where appropriate. Having developed a loyal client base through his reputation for prudent advice, strong negotiation, and tactical case management, Ben is considered one of Sydney’s leading criminal law solicitors who can advise in relation to all aspects of your matter.

Jonathan Gardner

Jonathan brings significant experience across all areas of criminal law. Since joining Jamieson Criminal Law in January 2023, he has demonstrated consistent growth and development, achieving successful outcomes for his clients.
